The Immersion consists of

6 in person Bodywork Rituals and

4 virtual calls of about 30 minutes over the course of 3 months.

Each call happens between two sessions and can be replaced with 30 minutes of voice message exchanges, if preferred - you choose.

You know you want to receive a series of sessions and perhaps you have something particular you want my support with.

The container is especially beneficial if you would like to stay connected with what arose from you during ritual and integrate it into your life. I support you in being with density that may present itself, digest revelations and deepen in your unraveling.

The three months can be approached as a ritual in its entirety and I would love to support you in creating meaningful, embodied intentionality during your day to day life throughout the three months, if this calls to you.
