You need to be able to devote at least 30 minutes a day to somatic practice, ideally in an undisturbed environment, throughout the entire three months.
The real work lies in the practices you will be doing consistently, through my guidance.
I am here to hold you with the warmth of my heart and the sharp sword of truth.
If you are not able to commit to regular practice and full self-responsibility (held in warm love), this is not for you.
