“In a world that fosters authoritarian relationships, obedience and dissociation, it has been through humbling pain and heart-led rebellion that I found a way to sovereignty and wholeness.
My history shaped me to disregard all that is felt and to question my orientation. But it also taught me that being radical is permitted and that there is a way for the quest pulsating in the soul.
Through my own embodied remembering I recovered the lost parts of myself and found my unquestionable sense of belonging on earth, in humanity and in this body. What awoke is erQtic, primordial and boldly ready to bloom.

The eastern traditions captivated me from an early age (in Greece, when I was 11 years old) and after a decade of practice and exploration I felt in my underbelly that the times of ascension are over and what is needed now is descension. Descending the light of consciousness into our bodies, our s*x, to our creativity, to the earth and the way we live here. And free the primordial wellspring to rise softly and wildly.
